Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle - no matter what age you are. Just a little bit of exercise each day helps prevent disease and maintain good health throughout your life.

Listed below are links to sample exercises that you can use to create an exercise routine for yourself or the older adults that you work with. You can download all the exercizes as a single book or you can download each exercise individually.
